Before I came to Suffolk Madrid, I was scared that I would just be "one of the crowd", but after only the first week I soon noticed that this was not the case here. The professors and staff are friendly and approachable and treat you as an individual; you can talk to them at any time. The same applies to the other students, as well. The almost “family atmosphere” that exists on campus allows you to get to know the other students and form close friendships. So even though you might not have been formally introduced to someone, you can easily strike up a conversation with them and many times discover that you have several things in common.
