The course will develop students’ understanding of how cultural factors influence behavior in the workplace and in the boardroom. In addition, the course will focus on the skills and competencies needed to successfully manage cultur- ally diverse, cross-cultural, and geographically dispersed organizations. Prerequisites: SOM 101 and Junior standing.’
