Victoria University is located in New Zealand’s capital, Wellington.  The university is situated on a hilltop overlooking the city and its beautiful harborside setting.  International students make up 15% of the university’s population.  It is known for its programs in political science, earth sciences, and the liberal arts.

Accommodations:
Housing, which is arranged by CIS, is in either university-owned apartments or dormitories.  Students residing on-campus are required to have a meal plan.  Students living in off-campus housing have the option of choosing a meal plan as well, but it is not required.  

Travel/Airport Pickup/Orientation
While airfare is not included in the price of the program, CIS can refer you to a travel agent who will help you book your flight. At all CIS program locations, you will be picked up at the airport and transported to your accommodation of choice. Before classes begin, CIS provides a university orientation seminar at which you will meet other study abroad students and get a sense of the university and the city in which it is located.

Costs:
Students are billed by Suffolk for both tuition and housing
Tuition:  Suffolk tuition fees
Housing costs vary from $2,000 – $3,600 per term depending on placement and meal options.
All housing fees given are estimates and may change due to fluctuations in the exchange rate.
