Students should begin the application process well in advance of the semester in which they plan to enroll, since they must provide the Madrid Office of Admission or the Office of Study Abroad with all the required materials and documentation in order to be considered for admission. Applicants are strongly encouraged to complete the admission process prior to the following dates for the indicated semesters:

Bachelor's Degree students:

FALL Admission

  • Early Action Applicants: November 15 - early action applicants will be notified of their admission decision on December 20.
  • Fall Regular Admission*: February 1 - regular  admission applicants will be notified of their admission decision on March 20. After March 20, students will be notified on a rolling basis.
  • Financial Aid/FAFSA: March 1.
  • Enrollment Deposit: May 1 - to reserve your spot in our fall classes.
  • Final Fall Admission Deadline: June 30.

*Students are encouraged to apply early. Preference regarding merit scholarship considerations and housing options will be given to those students who apply by February 1.

SPRING Admission

  • Spring Regular Admission: November 1 - Admission decisions are sent out on a rolling basis beginning in late September.
  • Enrollment Deposit: December 1 - to reserve your spot in our spring classes.

Late applicants cannot be guaranteed enrollment in the requested semester.

Study Abroad Suffolk students:

  • Fall Semester - March 15
  • Spring Semester - October 15
  • Summer Session - March 15

Study Abroad Non-Suffolk students:

  • Fall Semester - May 1
  • Spring Semester - October 15
  • Summer Session - April 1

Internship Program (all students):

  • Fall Semester - March 15 
  • Spring Semester - October 15
  • Summer Session - March 15

Late applicants cannot be guaranteed enrollment in the requested semester.
