The School of Art & Design has an on-site educational consultant to assess your academic and personal needs. Among the services she offers are: time management training, learning needs assessment, development of coping and stress management techniques and inter-campus referrals to other service-related office.
Peer Tutor Program
Peer tutors are undergraduate and graduate students who are trained by the CLAS staff. Tutors guide students by offering techniques and strategies to strengthen the learning experience in studio and academic courses. Tutoring is a free service available to matriculated students. Sessions are held weekly for one hour.
Study groups are offered based on requests from students and faculty. Study groups provide students with an informal and open environment to share study tips, continue class discussions, and help them prepare for exams or projects with fellow classmates.
