Phone calls are accepted during regular business hours. In response to phone calls, we can:

• Answer general questions
• Accept requests to mail forms
• Schedule appointments for visits

Note: If you call with questions or concerns which require research, you may be asked to call again at a specific time (usually within 2 business days) for a response. If you call during non-business hours you may leave a message on our voice mail.
