Appointments are available if walk-in or phone service does not meet your needs. If you need help completing forms, we recommend that you finish as much of the form as possible before meeting with an administrator. It also helps if you bring all supporting documents (tax forms, etc.) with you at the time of the appointment. Regretfully, we normally cannot accommodate requests for same day appointments. Inclement weather may force Suffolk to close. Please confirm your appointment by phone if bad weather is predicted.
