With housing prices at a low and a special federal tax credit being given to first-time homebuyers, this is a fantastic time to consider buying a home or property. But if you’ve never bought home before, it can be difficult to know if you are making a sound investment.  Join Donna Tritman, EMBA’81, for a session that goes beyond the typical homebuying seminar.  She will not only provide you with the resources to understand the process of buying and financing a home, but will also discuss buying residential property for investment and/or buying a multi-family dwelling as a starter home plus investment.
