Suffolk Honors 10 Outstanding Young Alumni

Last month, the Suffolk community celebrated the accomplishments of young alumni at the 10 Under 10 Recognition Night. This annual event spotlights the achievements and service of undergraduate alumni from the past 10 years who are making their marks on the world. This year's ten Honorees were: Elizabeth Conley, BS '07, MPA '12, Ruthly Francois, BS '12, Nicholas Giaquinto, BS '10, Dat Le BSBA '12, MSA '13, Michael Miccoli, BSJ '08, MA '13, Shannon Murphy, BSBA, '08, Cordelia Pisacane, BS '08, Breana Pitts, BA '12, Anna Plotnikova, BSBA '11, and Jacob Stewart, BSBA '10.

Commencement Dinner 2017, "Celebrating all things Suffolk"

Guests celebrating at Commencement Dinner

Suffolk's annual Commencement Dinner, a gala event held at the InterContinental Hotel Boston on May 20, 2017, celebrated the University's most generous donors and leadership alumni volunteers, our distinguished honorary degree recipients, and the accomplishments of the Class of 2017. Mayor Martin J. Walsh paid tribute to Suffolk's educational mission, its current and future students, and its leadership role in the City of Boston, and Suffolk's Chairman of the Board of Trustees and Acting President acknowledged the outstanding generosity and commitment of Suffolk's alumni and friends.

Suffolk Reunion Festivities Enjoyed by Hundreds of Alumni

Over 300 alumni joined Acting President Marisa Kelly at Fenway Park on June 2 to re-connect with each other and Suffolk University. Guests enjoyed spectacular views of the park, posed for selfies with Wally and Rammy, and admired the World Series Trophies. Click here to see pictures on our Facebook album.

The Half-Century Club seated at the luncheon

During the day, members of the Class of 1967 (pictured here) were inducted into the Half-Century Club at a special luncheon on campus for 50th and post-50th reunion classes. Speakers included Ann DerMarderosian BA'60, HDHL'06 and her husband, Armen DerMarderosian BA'58, JD'60, HDHL'06 and University leadership.
