In order to keep the Moakley Oral History Project running smoothly, the Moakley Archive has composed several forms that narrators and/or interviewers fill out to accompany each interview.  The narrator release and interviewer release give the Moakley Archive the legal rights to keep an oral history interview and transcript as part of its collection.  The biographical sketch, filled out by the narrator, provides the Archive with information about the narrator’s life.
