Kaitlynn Cates, a sophomore from Middlebury, Conn., earned the nod as Great Northeast Athletic Conference Women’s Tennis Player of the Week for the second straight week after posting a combined six victories and helping the Rams capture their first-ever league regular season title with a 6-3 win over three-time defending conference champion Simmons.
