Katie Castignetti

Katie Castignetti, a senior forward from Braintree, Mass., was named as the Great Northeast Athletic Conference Women’s Basketball Player of the Week for her efforts in Suffolk’s 68-53 victory over Albertus Magnus on January 12th.  Castignetti scored a game-high 20 points, grabbed eight rebounds and dished out six assists for the Rams while shooting 50 percent (6-12) from the field and 75 percent (6-8) from the foul line on the day.
