Jeff Rose

Jeff Rose, a freshman goalie from Collinsville, Conn., was named as the ECAC Northeast Ice Hockey Rookie of the Week for his efforts in a pair of contests last week.  Rose stopped 31 of 32 shots in a 3-1 Suffolk victory at UMass Dartmouth, the first win for the Rams over the defending league champion Corsairs in seven years, and then made 39 saves for the fifth time this season in a 2-1 overtime setback at Stonehill.
