Suffolk and Boston: A Winning Combination

If you love sports, you’ll love Boston: It’s the quintessential sports town and Suffolk is right in the thick of it. The TD Banknorth Garden, home of the Boston Bruins and Celtics, is just a five-minute walk from Campus. The legendary Fenway Park, home of the 2004 World Series Champion Boston Red Sox, is a short subway ride away. And Gillette Stadium, home of the three-time World Champion New England Patriots and the New England Revolution, is easily accessible by commuter train.

Where We Play

Suffolk’s athletic department offices, fitness center, and the Reagan Gymnasium, our full-sized below-ground gym, are located in the Ridgeway Building on Cambridge Street in Boston. An urban school, Suffolk makes the most of local sports facilities. Our hockey team plays its home games at Boston University’s Walter Brown Arena; our soccer team often plays home games on the fields in Cambridge and Watertown; our tennis players compete at home on the indoor courts at Buckingham, Browne and Nichols, an independent school in neighboring Cambridge; and our softball team is at home at Puopolo Fields, within walking distance of campus.
