Mr. Xiaoai Zhang, China Securities Regulatory Commission will talk about the Chinese securities markets and the openning up of these markets.

Mr. Jiannan Zhou, Shenzhen Stock Exchange will talke about IPOs and the Development of Chinese High-Tech and Small and Medium Enterprises

Panel Moderated by Professor C. Gopinath
