How much does a seminar cost?

Total cost for a Global Travel Seminar is tuition for a three credit course plus an additional seminar fee. Logistics

Will I be able to use my frequent flyer miles to travel on a Global Seminar?

Both Undergraduate and Graduate students are able to use their frequent flyer miles as they are both responsible for purchasing their own airfare and visa and are not required to travel with faculty and classmates. It is the responsibility of the student to ensure they arrive to their destination on time. Please note: a group flight option will be offered to all students participating in a travel seminar. A minimum of 10 students is required to book such flights. The Global Travel Seminars Office will do its best to work with any undergraduate students who wish to fly together.

Can I bring my friend, spouse, or significant other?

Due to the academic rigor of the program, those not enrolled in the course are not allowed to travel or visit with you during the travel portion of these courses.

If I have friends or family living in the business destination, can I stay with them instead of staying in the group hotel?

No, unfortunately this is not possible.  Everyone must stay together as a group.
