• Women In Business

Founded in 2003, Suffolk University’s Women in Business Association is a student organization with a mission to inspire and motivate women as they define their professional aspirations and work toward achieving their goals through network opportunities and events scheduled at Suffolk University.   We share with our members information about events outside of our Suffolk campus that we feel contribute and remain true to our mission.

Women in Business hosts guest speakers twice a month during activities period.  An Executive Board meets every Tuesday during activities period.  Examples of recent events “Staying Healthy as a Busy College Student”, “College to Career” and “Women In Business-Moving Ahead” with speaker Karen VanDerbeken, Vice President of Easter Seals.  Events for Spring 09 include Graphic Design Workshop, Networking Skills/Tips and Dress for Success with an etiquette consultant.  For information, see campuscruiser.

Women in Business is "constantly evolving around students’ needs. We put in an extra effort to meet these."
