Facutly Arrival:

Plan to arrive no later than 9:00am to the foyer of the Amercian Ballroom at the Westin Copley Hotel. You will be directed to the Faculty Robing Area. 

Processional:

The Ceremony will begin promptly at 10:00am. Faculty Marshals will lead students and faculty into the Ballroom. File into the seats reserved for faculty and speakers on the stage. The first row of seating is reserved for the Dean, Associate Deans and Speakers. Faculty seating begins with the second row. 

Reception:

Immediately following the Ceremony, there will be a reception in the foyer outside the American Ballroom. Be sure to join us for this chance to congratulate our graduates and their families. 

Regalia:

Your academic regalia will be ordered for you through the Suffolk Bookstore. If you would like to check the specifcs of your order, contact Anna Quadri at 617.570.4801 or aquadri@suffolk.edu

Attendance:

Faculty attendance is mandatory for Suffolk’s Undergradaute Ceremony on Sunday, May 17 and the Sawyer Business School’s Graduate Commencement Ceremony on Saturday, May 16. If you can not attend, contact Wendy Cimino at wcimino@suffolk.edu or 617.573.8665
