The Center has offered twenty separate, one-year long certificate programs beginning in 1999. Since then, over 500 public service managers have graduated from a certificate program, with a completion rate of 95% for enrollees.

More than 10% of the graduates have elected to continue their studies, most of which enroll in degree programs at Suffolk University.

The Center currently offers six certificate programs with over 100 students enrolled for the 2007-2008 year.
