Brazil is a country greatly shaped by its diverse culture and geography. As one of the world's important emerging economies, Brazil is a fascinating venue to learn about global business. With its vast natural resources and large industrial base, it is South America's largest economy and the world's ninth largest economy overall.

Travel to Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro to experience business in Brazil first-hand!

You will visit with experts in the local economy and meet executives from many local and multinational firms doing business in Brazil. Past company visits have ranged from Coca-Cola, Ernst & Young, Volkswagen, Natura, Bovespa and the Brazilian Stock Exchange.

You will also be immersed in the unique culture of Brazil. While sightseeing and visiting cultural and historical landmarks, you will experience one of the world's most dynamic and interesting places.

Class Sessions: All class sessions are mandatory
3 class sessions before travel (Date TBA)
1 class session after travel (Date TBA)

All Boston based class sessions are normally held on Friday evenings from 4:30-7:10 pm

Costs

Tuition for 3 credits plus a $2,950 seminar fee*

Seminar Fee Includes:

  • Accommodations (based on double occupancy)
  • Ground transportation once in Brazil
  • Business programming
  • Cultural programming
  • Most meals including, welcome reception and farewell dinner

*Airfare and visa are not included in the seminar fee and are the responsibility of the student
