Logistics & Safety

The Global Seminar Programs office develops the logistics for each seminar, ensuring that your travel, accommodations and programming are of superior quality.

As safety is our number one concern, programs are developed in collaboration with the university’s office of Risk Management. Each student automatically receives a membership card to International SOS, a medical and security service provider.

Cost Structure

Global Travel Seminars have two cost components: tuition for the 3 credits and a seminar fee covering logistics. Each seminar is unique, so logistical packages may cover different elements.

Often the following are included: airfare, accommodations, most meals, ground transportation, and business and cultural programming. Please be sure to check the details for each seminar to determine the specific cost.
