Advising helps students navigate efficiently and effectively through the Global Business Program. Undergraduate students are assigned to the Undergraduate Business Programs Office for advising during their first year at Suffolk, and then to a faculty advisor once they choose their double major/global business combination. Faculty Advisors for Global Business regularly post office hours, and students are welcome to meet with them to seek advice on courses, careers, travel requirements, and independent study options.

Global Business Majors are required to get their advisors' approval prior to registering for courses. Students should meet with their advisors well in advance of the registration period to select courses and get their advisors' approval. In preparation for a meeting with an advisor, complete the Program of Study worksheet, which helps students choose their courses for the next semester.
