Welcome to the Information Systems and Operations Management (ISOM) department website.

Our faculty have designed our curriculum that provides cutting-edge knowledge to help you meet the dynamic needs of the marketplace and industry trends.  To function effectively in a global and technology-driven business environment, you will learn how to use appropriate information technology to apply analytical and quantitative approaches to solving problems in all areas of business.  You will also gain the managerial skills to manage technology as well as people to enable the solutions.  Our courses in information systems area will enable you to apply information technology and information systems solutions to manage business processes.  Our operations management courses will enable you to analyze all scales of business production and service operations.

Our department offers an undergraduate degree (BSBA) in Information Systems major and a MBA with Information Systems concentration .  Non-Information Systems undergraduate majors can tailor their degree by adding an Information Systems or Electronic Commerce minor to their major.  We also offer an undergraduate concentration in Web Design and a Functional Information Systems Minor for College of Arts and Sciences Students.
