The Information Systems and Operations Management (ISOM) Department currently offers a BSBA degree in Information Systems major and a MBA degree with Information Systems concentration .  Any undergraduate students can tailor their degree by adding an Information Systems or Electronic Commerce minor to their majors.  We also offer an undergraduate concentration in Web Design and a Functional Information Systems Minor for College of Arts and Sciences Students.

As an IS student, you will learn conceptual and hands-on skills in preparation for challenging careers as computer and systems-support specialists, Web application developers, and network support and administration specialists in information systems and information technology.  Our department also sponsor the Information Systems Club, which provides a social forum for interested students to share and discuss the latest advancements in the field with experts and practitioners. 

In our department, you will meet internationally-diverse and talented faculty members with expertise spanning the areas of information systems and operations management.  We are constantly involved in the latest research and innovations in our profession, including database management, e-commerce, healthcare informatics, security and privacy, operations improvement, revenue management, supply chain management, and many more.
