The Center for Innovation & Change Leadership helps people and organizations to embrace innovaton and change through collaboration. We believe that innovation and change leadership require a transformation of both organizational practices and personal abilities.
Today’s rapidly and continuously changing business, social and civic environments compel organizations to reassess the status quo and envision and implement new ways of thinking and acting. Building such capabilities requires that individuals and the organizations move beyond their habitual ways of thinking about and responding to challenges before them.
The Center for Innovation & Change Leadership fosters creative collaborations with businesses, government, non-profit organizations, and academia. Our goal is to generate knowledge about and the capacity for innovation and change leadership. We stimulate innovative solutions to business and social problems through ongoing dialogue, basic research and practical application of that research. We also offer fee based and pro bono consulting, degree based educational programs and training and development. We serve as an applied research center that generates real business and social systems results, new intellectual capital, as well as personal and professional networks among our program participants and partners.
