Offered Full- and Part-Time

Global MBAs enroll in the Suffolk MBA core curriculum gaining a strong foundation in business fundamentals. Case studies include a global emphasis.

The program of study is 33 to 57 credits, depending on core course waivers

Career Focused from Day One

The Global MBAs enroll in two 1-credit introductory courses, Introduction to Global Business and Effective Career Planning. Outside the classroom, you'll participate in a variety of professional development workshops and social and cultural activities.

Concentrate in International Finance or International Marketing

Sharpen your career focus with in-depth functional skill set in either international finance or international marketing .

Learn by Doing = Career Relevance

“Learn by doing” in a one-week travel seminar to destinations as diverse as Brazil, China, Dubai, England, Germany, India, Turkey, Denmark and Sweden. Three-month professional summer internships add an important line to resumes for full-time Global MBAs. Part-time Global MBAs choose either the three-month internship or a global research project within their company or a Suffolk corporate affiliate.

Full-time

  • Alternatively, part-time Global MBAs may take up to five years to complete the degree
  • Includes the option of a three-month professional internship outside your home country OR a global research project within your company or a Suffolk corporate affiliate

    Full-Time

    • Begin in September or January 
    • Classes meet one time per week
    • Most core courses meet in the day
    • All Global MBA electives are offered in the evening providing networking opportunities with working professionals and insuring a continued connection to real-world business issues
    • Summers are reserved for full-time professional internships

    Part-Time

    • Begin in September, January or May
    • Classes meet one time per week
    • Core course sections are offered multiple evenings 
    • Fall and Spring semesters: classes meet 4:30 to 7:10 pm and 7:15 to 9:55 pm allowing students to take two courses in one evening if they wish
    • Intensive 7-week summer sessions with classes meeting two evenings per week allow students to accelerate their program of study
    • All Global MBA electives offered in the evening
