Donald J. Aharonian
is Adjunct Professor, Information Systems and Operations Management. He has been an adjunct faculty member since 1995, teaching both campus-based and online courses.

Professor Aharonian specializes in information systems management, project management, and business-to-business e-commerce. He’s held positions as international consultant and Chief Information Officer (CIO) for two manufacturing companies. In the US Navy he specialized in information systems management and retired at the rank of Commander. He earned his BA and MA degrees from Clark University. His graduate school research concentrated on business automation and information systems. He also holds a Certificate in Management Systems from the US Naval Post Graduate School.

Thomas Aylward has been an Adjunct Faculty member at Suffolk’s business school since 2001. He teaches both on campus and online.

Professor Aylward brings a real-world perspective to strategic management capitalizing on his 15 plus years in executive positions including his current role as Business Unit Director at Hoffmann-Laroche; and his past positions as Director of Managed Care and National Accounts, and Strategic Business Unit Director at DuPont Corp./DuPont Merck. Professor Aylward has an MBA from Hofstra University.

Frederic Chartier is an Adjunct faculty member at Suffolk’s business school. He has an MBA from University of Texas at Austin; has CFA professional licensure; and attended a 3-year executive program administered by the French Banking Association taught by top specialists within the banking profession. Specialty areas include economics, financial markets, international financial and economic issues, and the international monetary system. He has taught at Boston University, the New England College of Finance, and was a guest lecturer in finance at French business school Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Bordeaux.

Anthony Herbst is an adjunct faculty member with a PhD from Purdue University and an MBA from Wayne State University in Michigan. He is a professor in the department of Economics and Finance at the University of Texas at El Paso and teaches Multinational Financial Management in the Suffolk MBA Online Program.

Glenn Piche has been an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at Suffolk University since 2000. He has taught the core marketing course and a variety of marketing electives. Professor Piche has held a variety of positions in his 15 years in the pharmaceutical industry including sales and business management. He has worked for Organon Incorporated, Roche Laboratories and Envision Pharma. He has consistently achieved marketing and sales achievement awards during his years in the industry. Professor Piche has a BS in Biomedical Science from Grand Valley State University in Allendale, MI; and an MBA from Suffolk University.

M. Rahman

Jennifer Ross-Chen has an MBA from Suffolk University and thirteen years of corporate experience in the areas of strategic marketing, in particular in the financial services industry. She holds NASD Licenses in Series 6 and 63. She is an adjunct faculty member in the Suffolk MBA Online and Campus programs.

Lewis Shaw

Edward Silva (Ted) an adjunct faculty member in the Suffolk MBA Online and Campus programs, holds an MBA from New Hampshire College and has more than 20 years of corporate experience. He has been a business development manager for the past nine years specializing in managing upper level sales and marketing positions with distribution channels in North America, and responsibility for business sales and profit growth in Latin America. In the past he was responsible for corporate training programs in Japan, England, Germany, US and Canada.

Elizabeth Wilson

Norman Wirtz is an Adjunt Professor in Accounting at Suffolk University. Wirtz is a senior financial executive with more than 25 years of experience with growth companies, particularly in the technology field. In February 2005, Professor Wirtz was appointed Chief Financial Officer for Repromedix, the leading national laboratory specializing in advanced reproductive testing. Previously Wirtz served as Chief Financial Officer at Plassein International. He has also held positions as Vice President, Finance and Planning for General Cinema Corporation; and Vice President of TAD Resources International. He has an MBA from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA.
