As every working tax professional knows, new developments in tax law emerge almost daily. A major focal point of political ideology in the United States, tax laws are complex and it is a daunting challenge for professionals to stay ahead of the curve.

Suffolk’s Master of Science in Taxation (MST) is up to the challenge! Designed primarily for part-time study for working tax professionals, we offer concentrations in international taxation or estate tax and financial planning.

In as little as 18 months of part-time enrollment, graduates can achieve a coveted Suffolk MST degree. Along the way, they can put their classroom knowledge directly to use by leveraging their knowledge of:

• Tax issues in a global environment
• The policy implications of tax law
• Enhanced research skills
• The importance of ethical standards of professional practice

Led by an experienced and multicultural faculty, the Suffolk MST program requires 10 to 13 courses consisting of core courses such as Issues in Federal Taxation, and electives such as International Taxation I.
