Prerequisite Course Waivers

Students with an appropriate academic background in business may be eligible to waive some or all of the prerequisite requirements . Upon receipt of an application all transcripts will be reviewed for waiver status. In order to waive a prerequisite course, applicants must have taken equivalent coursework within the past seven years and earned a grade of B or better. Applicants will be automatically notified of their waiver standing upon acceptance into the program.

Prerequisite courses that are not waived may be satisfied by taking specified MBA course offerings that are considered part of a student’s program of study.  Because prerequisite standing can have an effect upon an applicant’s start date and timeline, applicants who are unsure of their standing are encouraged to contact the Program Office for a prerequisite waiver review at any time.
