Monthly T-Pass Information

The deadline for participation in the Spring 2012 MBTA Pass Program has passed.  Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions to the deadline, as it is set by the MBTA. For more information, please contact the Hub Information Desk at (617) 994-4225

If you purchased a pre-paid MBTA Commuter Rail (Zone 1A-8) or Boat Pass, please note that by participating in the Spring 2012 semester program you will get 4 separate monthly passes for the months of January, February, March and April.  THESE PASSES CAN NOT BE REPLACED IF LOST OR STOLEN.

Starting this semester, we are now offering a single CharlieCard for students who purchase a LinkPass, Inner Express or Outer Express bus pass.  You will only need to pick up your pass once for the Spring 2012 semester. THESE PASSES CAN NOT BE REPLACED IF LOST OR STOLEN

Pick-up begins at the Hub and NESAD gallery beginning on the last 2 BUSINESS days of the month.

The MBTA will not allow any refunds, exchanges or cancellations once the order has been placed. Also, please note that an online service fee will be charged for all passes purchased and sales tax is applicable.

For specific information about your personal commute please contact the MBTA to answer specific questions. 

Please note that Suffolk is not responsible for the loss or theft of passes and will be unable to replace a pass once it has been lost.
