• Off Campus Housing

The Off-Campus Housing Office (OCHO) is a resource for the entire Suffolk University community--all current or future undergraduate and graduate students, staff, and faculty. Commuter students here at Suffolk University live off-campus in an apartment or at home. Our commuter student programs and services are designed for you no matter where you live. OCHO is here to help with all aspects of off-campus living including getting involved with campus life, finding roommates, signing a lease, even learning how to cook!

OCHO provides a variety of resources free of charge.

OCHO also offers advice and counseling on the housing process to students and parents. We can discuss anything from roommate issues, to general lease questions, to what you can expect to pay. We also have contact information for assistance with more serious issues.

OCHO has a year-round open door policy: any time a Suffolk student or her or his parent comes in through our door, we’re ready to provide our services.  Please know that we are only an email or phone call away.
