Assistant Residence Director—Tremont Street
This Graduate Fellow, in addition to serving as an RA, has departmental responsibilities in the areas of programming and community development.  He/she is a live-in staff person and serves as a hearing officer.  Graduate Fellows have previous residence life experience and he/she reports to the Assistant Director of Residence Life & Summer Programs, 150 Tremont Street.

Assistant Residence Director—Miller Hall
This Graduate Fellow, in addition to serving as an RA, has departmental responsibilities in the area of student conduct.  He/she is a live-in staff person and serves as a hearing officer.  He/she has previous residence life experience and reports to the Assistant Director of Residence Life & Summer Programs, Miller Hall.

Assistant Residence Director—Leased Property / Residence Life Assistant, Special Projects
This Graduate Fellow, in addition to serving as an RA, oversees the Suffolk housing operation at the Holiday Inn.  This Graduate Fellow serves as a hearing officer and also has responsibilities in the areas of assessment and working with families.  He/she is a live-in staff person and reports to the Director of Residence Life & Summer Programs.

Graduate Fellow for Summer Programs & Student Conduct
The Graduate Fellow for Summer Programs & Student Conduct has responsibilities in the areas of program marketing, resource development and budgeting.  The Graduate Fellow serves as a hearing officer and also has responsibilities in the area of student conduct.  He/she is a live-in staff person and reports to the Associate Director of Residence Life & Summer Programs.

Summer Conference Coordinators
Summer Conference Coordinators are full-time interns from across the United States. They are here to ensure that all conference needs are addressed during a group’s visit. Conference Coordinators report to the Associate Director of Residence Life & Summer Programs and supervise all summer day-to-day operations.  Three Conference Coordinators directly supervise the Conference Assistant staff. The remaining four Conference Coordinators oversee projects and function areas within the department.
Staff Assistant
The Staff Assistant at Miller Hall (10 Somerset Street) manages all aspects of the building offices.  He/She responds to inquiries, makes appointments and oversees the day-to-day functions of the office.

Operations Coordinator
The Operations Coordinator at 150 Tremont Street oversees day-to-day
management responsibility for the central department office, as well as the facilities and technology needs of the department.  In addition, he/she manages many of the budgetary and technological areas within the department. 

Assistant Directors of Residence Life & Summer Programs
The Assistant Directors are professional staff members who live on-campus and are responsible for the overall supervision of a residence hall.  The Assistant Directors are trained in all aspects of residence life.  The Assistant Directors act as advisors to the Residence Community Council, mediate conflicts, supervise the building staffs, serve as student conduct hearing officers, oversee staff programming efforts and work with the students and staff to develop community.   The Assistant Directors are available during regular office hours and some evening hours in the building offices.

Associate Director of Residence Life & Summer Programs
The Associate Director of Residence Life & Summer Programs is a professional staff member who is responsible for the marketing, promoting and contracting of Summer Programs and Conference Housing.  The Associate Director oversees the Residence Life Student Conduct Process, advises the Student Conduct Board (SCB), administers student conduct appeals and supervises a Graduate Fellow and the Summer Conference Staff.  The Associate Director is trained and has experience in all aspects of residence life and summer programs, and has regular office hours, including some evening hours.

Director of Residence Life and Summer Programs
The Director is a professional staff member who is responsible for the overall supervision of the department.  The Director is trained and has experience in all aspects of residence life — counseling, mediation and conflict resolution, student conduct affairs, programming, and other related disciplines.  The Director acts as an advisor, responds to emergency situations,  mediates conflicts, supervises all members of the Residence Life & Summer Programs staff, in addition to many other duties.  The Director has regular office hours, including some evening hours.

Staff Duty Coverage
At 150 Tremont Street - There are two RAs on duty each evening from 8 PM to 8 AM.  The RAs may be contacted in their rooms or through the Suffolk University Police by calling 617-305-2555. 
At Miller Hall - There are two RAs on duty each evening from 8 PM to 8 AM.  The RAs may be contacted in their rooms or through the Suffolk University Police by calling 617-305-3253.
At 10 West Street - There is one RA on duty each evening from 8 PM to 8 AM. The RA’s may be contacted in their rooms, through the Suffolk University Police by calling 617-573-8333.

In addition, there will be an Administrator On Call who serves as a resource person to the RAs on duty.
