OCHO Neighborhood Walk-Around
Welcome to the Neighborhood! Smart Students make great Neighbors

Beacon Hill/North End Neighborhoods
Suffolk University staff and City of Boston officials will be walking together around the Beacon Hill and North End areas, greeting new commuter students! We will be handing out information on city regulations as well as Suffolk-related events, programs and policies.

Students should report to Sargent Hall, the Suffolk University Law School building, located at 120 Tremont Street at 1:45pm to robe and prepare for the processional. Guests should report directly to Converse Hall and should be seated by 2:15pm.
A Night with the Red Sox

Join your new classmates and some of Suffolk’s student leaders for a pizza party on the 4th floor of Donahue before heading to Fenway Park to watch the Red Sox take on the Detroit Tigers. Price includes dinner and a ticket to the game, and game tickets will be given out at the pizza party.

Performing Arts Office Welcome Show and Reception

A sampling of performances by Suffolk’s student Performing Arts groups, hosted by and featuring Seriously Bent, Suffolk’s award-winning improv comedy troupe. The show will be followed by a reception in the Donahue Café, where you can meet the performers, learn about auditions and, of course, enjoy free food.

Boston Harbor Cruise

Boarding takes place at 6:30pm and the cruise leaves from the World Trade Center pier at 7pm
All aboard the Provincetown II! Join the Class of 2017 for a Boston Harbor cruise. We'll be dancing all night, trying our luck on the casino floor, and taking time to admire the Boston skyline. Food will be provided. A Suffolk ID is needed to board. Dress appropriately for the weather as we'll cruise rain or shine!

Heard about food trucks but never eaten at one? At this event we are bringing the food trucks to you! Come to the front of 10 W for some delicious food; learn how to use your RAM card and also how to stay safe if going out after the event.
