NEW! - Deposit into your Ram Account online at ManageMyID.com. Online deposits can be made by using credit and debit cards. Funds deposited online are credited to your Ram Account immediately. Parents, add funds to your student’s Ram Account online by going to ManageMyID.com and clicking on the parent link. Then, enter two zeroes followed by your student’s seven digit student ID number, and select the deposit amount.
Cash and check deposits can be made through Dining Services at the Donahue cafe (41 Temple St.). Checks must be made payable to Suffolk University. Funds deposited through Dining Services will be added to your Ram Account within two (2) business days.
Residence Hall students, you can also add funds to your Ram Card using the Value Ports (cash-to-card) machines located in each of the Residence Halls, in the lobby at 150 Tremont St., in the lobby at Miller Hall, and in the basement of 10 West St. Funds added through the Value Ports will be credited to your Ram Account immediately.
For detailed account activity, as well as balance information, go to ManageMyID.com. Additionally, each time you make an off-campus purchase, your receipt will include your current balance. You can also get your balance from the cashier when you make on-campus purchases, and a receipt will be provided upon request.
To ensure that your Ram Account funds are not spent if your Ram Card is lost or stolen, immediately report your card lost or stolen at ManageMyID.com, and obtain a new ID from University Police. Once you report your card lost or stolen, your old card will be inactive.
If your lost or stolen card is found, report it found at ManageMyID.com.
Ram Account funds remain available for purchases as long as you are a member of the Suffolk community. Ram Account funds roll over from semester to semester and year to year. There are no fees associated with the Ram Account. However, unlike an ATM, Ram Account funds are not available for cash withdrawal. Upon graduation or leaving Suffolk University, remaining Ram Account funds will be forfeited. Ram Account deposits are non-refundable.
