How and where do I get my graduate student survey?

Graduate student surveys are anonymous surveys sent out from the Enrollment and Retention office in mid-April.  They are emailed to your Suffolk email account (the same one used for registration).  Once you answer the questions and submit the survey, the final screen which states you have successfully submitted your survey should be printed out and brought with you for packet pick up.  This receipt is necessary for you to pick up your packet.

How do I get my regalia for the ceremony?

Graduation regalia is free to all students participating in the ceremony.  The commencement packet serves as a "release" for your regalia.  With the packet in hand, the student can go to the Suffolk Bookstore and pick up their cap and gown.  The packet tells the bookstore what degrees the student is receiving and what color hood they will need.  They will stock caps and gowns in a variety of sizes.

If you are unable to pick up your commencement material in person, it is imperative that you arrange for a relative or a friend to do so for you.  WE CANNOT MAIL COMMENCEMENT MATERIALS.
