• Student Org Registration

Congratulations on taking the first steps in creating your own student organization and leaving your mark at Suffolk University!  Please submit your registration information in ordered to obtain official status on campus.  If you have any questions along the way, please call 617.573.8320 or email getinvolved@suffolk.edu.

Before you begin, please take the time to gather the following items: 

  • Organization Contact Information:  Org Email, Webpage, Office #, Office Phone
  • Advisor Contact Information:  Name, Phone, Email, Campus Address, Department/Office
  • Executive Board Contact Information:  Name, Phone, Local Address, Suffolk Email, Student ID, Class, Major
  • Club Member Info:  Name, ID, Suffolk Email
  • Ideas for your club Email Alias (i.e. pc@suffolk.edu)
  • An electronic copy of your constitution (to be uploaded)
  • Confirmation that your e-board members have read and understood the Hazing Law and Student Activities Center Guidelines.  (Link copies of policies here)
  • A date selected for your Program Advising Center Training (Link copy of schedule here)
  • 15-30 minutes to complete the forms.
