"No one can do everything, but everyone can do something."
Each spring the S.O.U.L.S. Center organizes a day for the Suffolk community to volunteer at local organizations. Students, staff and faculty mobilize to dedicate a day to service around the Greater Boston community. Service projects take place during morning and afternoon shifts, with a free on-campus noontime celebratory luncheon that recognizes the past year of service.
The 16th Annual Service Day will be held on Friday, April 12th, 2013. Last year over 200 Suffolk University students, faculty, and staff volunteered at agencies throughout the local Boston area.
Groups, consisting of 3 or more volunteers, have priority registration from February 27-March 8; individuals can begin registering on March 11. Registration will remain open until all volunteer opportunities are filled.
