International Student Services is open Monday to Friday, 8:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.. The following services require an appointment:

1. Application for optional practical training (OPT)
2. Application for curricular practical training (CPT)
3. Application for change of immigration status
4. Request to take less than full course of classes
5. Information on visa application
6. Transfer in/transfer out of SEVIS record

The following services do not require an appointment.

1. Travel signature
2. Application to release SEVIS record to another school
