The CAS Office of Academic Computing is the  central point of contact for computing help on campus. Location: D-520 Donahue Building, 5th Floor

Hours:  Monday through Friday 8:45a.m. to 4:45p.m.

How to report a problem:

• If your computer displays error messages, please make a note to the messages
• If you are not worried about losing data, try restarting your computer.  Restarting fixes many computer problems! (If you are worried about losing data, such as a file that had not yet been saved, do not restart unless told to do so by the Help Desk Staff.)
• Call extension x2002 and relay the above information.
