• Honors in Psychology

Junior psychology majors who demonstrate a high degree of interest in psychology as well as the ability to think creatively and work independently may be invited to participate in the Department’s Honors Seminar, provided that they meet the following requirements:

  1. Achievement of at least a 3.6 grade point average in psychology courses
  2. Completion of Psychology 215 (Statistics) and Psychology 216 (Research Methods) by the end of the junior year

The Honors Seminar serves as a bridge course to develop the skills needed for graduate study in the field.
