My current interests include using action-based research and process consultation models with multi- cultural, underserved, and diverse communities with a special focus on empowerment, social justice and organizational development. Our project team works with nonprofit communities exploring the psychosocial impact of race, homelessness, social class, and gender on community and organizational development.
