The (CERT HR) Graduate Human Resources Certificate is designed to enhance your career opportunities and enable you to develop key competencies in:
Five (5) of the graduate credit courses from this program may be transferred to either the M.S. degree in Adult and Organizational Learning or the M.S. degree in Human Resources. The transfer of courses must occur prior to the completion of the certificate program.
The Graduate Human Resources Certificate enables you to pursue careers in a variety of organizational settings and markets/industries. If you are an experienced practitioner, the certificate will enable you to accelerate your career progression through the various human resources functions.

The Graduate Human Resources Certificate Program is an 18-credit (six-course) program. Each course awards three graduate credits.
The graduate credit courses in this program can be applied to the M.S. in Organizational Learning and Development or the M.S. in Human Resources.
