The Certificate in Advanced Graduate Study (CAGS) in School Counseling concentration is designed to provide preparation for those candidates who have a Master’s degree in Counseling.
The CAGS is designed for the practitioner as an individually oriented program to meet the needs of advanced students in their field of specialization. The completion of thirty (30) semester hours of graduate study is required. Additional hours may be required at the discretion of the faculty advisor.
Description
Advanced students, with assigned advisor in their field of specialization, will carefully plan and maintain a program of study. Course selection and progress will be reviewed regularly by the student and their advisor.
