Registration for the 65th ENEBC hosted by Suffolk University must include the following information.  If you are submitting an abstract, it must follow the format of the example on the Abstract Submission Information page.

To register, copy the form below and paste it into an email addressed to enebc@suffolk.edu then complete and send the message.  Please be sure to indicate "Registration" in the subject line.
