To submit an abstract, copy the form below and paste it into an e-mail addressed to enebc@suffolk.edu attach your abstract to the message as an MS word document then complete and send the message.  Please be sure to indicate "Abstract" in the subject line.

Abstract Submission Instructions

Abstracts should be documents in Microsoft Word (*.doc) only.  The document should follow the guidelines in the example and should be attached to a separate email to and named as follows:

Save your attached file as:  ENEBC Abstract_your name.doc

Replace the phrase “your name” with your name.

   e.g.  ENEBC Abstract_EricaPolleys.doc

Please use this file name as the subject of your email and the title of your attached abstract. 

Abstracts are limited to 275 words. All text in the document should be 12 point in size and Times New Roman or Symbol fonts and single spaced.  The title of the abstract should be in bold and uppercase.  Text can include only superscripts, subscripts, symbols, and italicized terms (no bold or underline).  DO NOT include images or equations produced by Microsoft Equation Editor or similar programs.  Document margins should be one inch on all sides.  Any documents that do not conform to the guidelines will be returned.
