This program allows students to place a primary focus on adult and organizational learning and develop strong skills in human resources administration. Completing this joint program will allow students to be more versatile in their career paths and better able to achieve their career goals.

Degree requirements

Students in this program must take:
• 1 core course (3 credits)
• 11– 12 required concentration courses
(33– 36 credits)
• 3– 4 electives (12– 15 credits)
Degrees will be awarded when all degree requirements for both programs are fulfilled.
