• Peer Mentor Program

This year, the College of Arts and Sciences has assembled a Peer Mentor program to help new students connect in the university by meeting with outstanding Sophomore, Juniors and Senior mentors who have found great success at Suffolk already!

The goal of the CAS Peer Mentor program is to create strong relationships between upperclassmen mentors and first year mentees in hopes of motivating new students to succeed and integrate into the Suffolk University community.

Through a student centered approach, mentors encourage their mentees to become more familiar and involved with opportunities in and outside the classroom by reaching out to faculty members, guiding students through the advising process, exploring the various clubs and organizations on campus, and becoming aware of the many opportunities the city of Boston has to offer. The CAS Peer Mentor program seeks to acclimate first year and transfer students to college life and become contributing members of the Suffolk community.
