The Department of Economics offers a variety of graduate programs. The Master in International Economics is an alternative to an MBA and provides students the analytical tools necessary to succeed in business. The Master in Economic Policy offers students a strong quantitative background and training in how public policies affect the economy. The Master in Economics allows students to study both economic policy and international economics. The Ph.D. in Economics offers three fields of specialization: International Development Economics, Public Economics and Financial Economics.
