The Center for Restorative Justice periodically takes on field education placements, interns, or work-study students to assist with planning events, outreach, research, program development and implementation on projects related to restorative justice within Massachusetts. This position is highly flexible in terms of hours and scheduling and includes supporting and assisting the Director and Center Fellows in an array of tasks.
Applicants should have a strong interest in restorative justice and will be in an excellent position to learn about the work currently underway in the Boston and New England area.
Ability to work independently, creatively and collaboratively is required. Skill/ experience in web design, databases and Internet research is a plus. Interest and experience in working with youth also a plus. The positions are unpaid, but academic credit may be available through the intern’s home institution.
