To be considered for admission to the Master of Science in Political Science Program, you must:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Take either the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) or Miller Analogies Test (MAT)
- Complete the application form
International applicants: Successful completion of the TOEFL, IELTS, or PTE-Academic

Waiver of admissions examination
Students who have graduated from an accredited college or university with a cumulative grade point average of 3.4 or above, or from Suffolk University with a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or above are not required to take the GRE or MAT when applying for admission to Suffolk’s Master of Science in Political Science (MSPS) program.
